Merchant pilot applications

When you submit a merchant pilot application, Bernard's Kicks uses the business, location, contact, and inventory-context details you provide only to evaluate the pilot and contact you about your application.

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use these application details for marketing unless you separately opt in.

You can withdraw consent by emailing team@bernards-kicks.madethis.app with the email address used in your application. We will stop using your application details for pilot follow-up, except where we need to retain limited information to handle your request or meet legal obligations.

Questions about this notice can be sent to the same address.
